Long before the launch of our online collections — The Classics and The Edit — we specialized in crafting bespoke pieces, each designed to capture a personal story, moment, or vision.
While our ready-to-wear offering has grown, custom work remains the foundation of the brand — and the work we are most deeply committed to.
Whether you are seeking natural diamonds, colored gemstones, or lab-grown alternatives — whether adapting a design from our collection or creating something entirely original — we guide each project with thoughtfulness, expertise, and attention to detail. Every piece is crafted to the highest standard, designed to reflect your vision.
The Bespoke Process:
Once your inquiry form is submitted, the Otis On Park team will contact you to discuss your ideas, budget and specifications and begin sourcing the appropriate stones. Please note that the entire process is done virtually and you will receive photos and videos of the diamonds. You don’t need to be in NYC to design a piece with Otis On Park! We constantly work with clients from all over the world.
After the selection is finalized, we move into the design phase. You will receive a detailed CAD rendering from our trusted bench jeweler in New York’s Diamond District for review and approval. Upon approval, the piece will enter production.
Please allow approximately 6 to 8 weeks for the full process, from initial consultation to finished piece.
