Do you offer both natural and lab-grown diamonds?
Yes. At Otis On Park, we take pride in creating exactly what our clients are looking for—whether that's a lab-grown or natural diamond. While demand for lab diamonds has grown significantly, we continue to offer made-to-order natural diamond pieces by sourcing stones from trusted partners across the globe. Where are your pieces made?
All Otis On Park diamond pieces are proudly manufactured in New York City, in the heart of the Diamond District. Each diamond is hand-selected, cast in gold, and hand-set by expert jewelers. We also work with a trusted network of suppliers across NYC, the USA, Europe, and Asia to bring each piece to life.

Does your jewelry come with certification?
Yes. All natural or lab-grown diamonds above 1 carat per stone come with a GIA or IGI certificate, depending on the stone. Additionally, you may request an Otis On Park Certificate of Authenticity for any piece. To do so, please email us with your order number and we’ll provide it upon request.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer complimentary worldwide insured shipping on all orders. Once shipped, please allow approximately 4–5 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
No. All orders are shipped Delivery Duties Paid (DDP), meaning customs duties and taxes are included in your purchase. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

How long will my order take to arrive?
In-stock items typically ship within 2–3 business days.
Made-to-order pieces require a 2–3 week production timeline before shipping.

Can I have my piece made in 18k gold or platinum?
Yes. While our standard metal is 14k gold, we also offer 18k gold or platinum upon request for an additional charge. Please contact us if you’d like to customize your piece with a different metal.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
In-stock, ready-to-ship items may be eligible for exchange or store credit.
To request a return, please email us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all original packaging included. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or store credit within 5–7 business days.

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Each piece is crafted and packaged with care and undergoes quality control before shipping. We offer a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover:
Wear and tear
Chipped stones from impact
Broken chains due to usage
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at contact@otisonpark.com within 7 days of delivery. Please note that all made-to-order pieces are final sale due to their personalized nature.

How should I care for my Otis On Park jewelry?
FOR DIAMOND AND SOLID GOLD JEWELRY:
Clean regularly: Soak your piece in warm water with a gentle dish soap, brush gently with a soft toothbrush, rinse, and pat dry.
Store with care: Use a soft pouch and keep pieces separated to prevent scratches.
Avoid chemicals: Remove before applying perfume, lotion, or swimming in chlorinated/salt water.
Remove during physical activity: Especially for rings and delicate pieces.
Inspect regularly: Prongs and clasps can loosen over time; if you notice movement, stop wearing the piece and have it serviced.
FOR GOLD PLATED OR GOLD FILLED JEWELRY:
Avoid contact with water, chemicals, perfumes, and lotions to prevent tarnishing.
Do not use commercial jewelry cleaners.
Store in a soft pouch or protected case when not in use.
