Returns & Exchanges
As most of our pieces are made to order, all sales are final. However, we understand that situations may arise, and we offer the following return options:

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, you may request a replacement. The item must be in unworn condition, include all original packaging and certificates, and be reported within 7 days of delivery. To initiate the return process, please email contact@otisonpark.com.

Requests for returns for reasons other than defects will be considered on a case-by-case basis for store credit only. These requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, and the item must be in unworn condition, include all original packaging and certificates, and be approved by OOP Inc. To initiate the return process, please email contact@otisonpark.com.

All return requests are subject to review, and OOP Inc. reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy standards.
